Five tracks, with the exception of the lead track ‘Rebirth’ which is more sludgy, are punk through and through.
Vocals are bile strewn and guitars are abused.
Three of the five tracks are under a minute so comparisons to Napalm Death can be made too. Lots of good punk coming out of Brighton in the last year or so, and you can add Mental Health to this list.
