Music is created for various reasons. In the case of Cancerous World, the motivation was personal survival. Of the four tracks here, barring an acoustic track, the sound is a hybrid of stoner meets metal with black metalesque vocals. Downbeat but there’s something here for metal fans that warrants their time.
