Slugger’s an artist we’ve reviewed in PiB before and here’s their latest. Redolent of 1990s lo-fi, Wrong Way is a song which takes it time to tell a simple story. Voice and guitar are all that there is here but a voice which sounds weary and hurt wedded to a lyric of love lost or to be soon lost, simply accompanied, is sometimes all that is needed.
