As the title able describes this is a live recording of two songs, Happy Song and Please Don’t Go To University at The Village. Please Don’t Go To University we reviewed previously as it was included on The Songs For The Common Man release earlier in the year.
Those of you new to The Family Grave, the sound is spare being vox and guitar. Think of a sound between singer-songwriter and Americana and you’re pretty near as to what The Family Grave sounds like.
The release is a fine sampler/introduction and if you enjoy this, I’d recommend the album Everybody Is Flawed.
