Dependent on what action the UK government takes regarding the ongoing Coronavirus situation, one of the casualties is likely to be live music.
Tours and concerts have begun to be cancelled or postponed for the next few months already. For many bands, this means a loss of money for costs incurred and potential revenue which now won’t be earned.
If you can, go to your favourite band’s Bandcamp/webpage and buy some merch. No one’s going to be rich from these sales but in these challenging times let’s stand together and make our musician friends feel valued and give them a bit of help. Music is life!
